Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the VideoCurrent website, generation workspace, and developer API.
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Service
VideoCurrent provides access to third-party video generation workflows through a web workspace and asynchronous API. Generated output can vary and is not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Credits and generation
One credit is priced at US$0.01. The fixed task price is shown before submission. A task reserves credits once. Explicit upstream failures may be retried up to three times without another user charge; terminal failure releases the reservation. A submission with an unknown upstream outcome may remain in reconciliation until its status is established.
Subscriptions and top-ups
Subscription credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of their monthly window. Quarterly billing receives a 5% discount and annual billing receives a 10% discount, while credits are still issued monthly. Permanent top-up credits do not expire. Canceling applies at the end of the paid period. We do not provide prorated cancellation refunds. Failed payments do not issue new credits.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in prompts and source media and grant VideoCurrent the limited rights needed to transmit, process, store, and return that content. You are responsible for having permission to use uploaded content and for evaluating rights in generated output.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. RunningHub may reject content under its safety systems. VideoCurrent does not promise that upstream safety systems identify every prohibited request.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and VideoCurrent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
